Small African Farmers suffer from lack of investment. They are also
denied Market Access for high value crops which Supermarkets would buy. This results in what we call The African Farmer Paradox. Simply put great land and water, Abundant Labor and population but they import food. The secret is to provide market access in conjunction with quality improvements in grading, washing handling and packaging.
This allows them to penetrate local regional and global markets allowing them to build skills, added value solutions and increasing market access.

DRC Development The DRC is recognized as one of the premier destinations for inward Mining Investment. As the Worlds Transportation sectors (road, rail, air, maritime) the pressure to secure essential Electric Vehicles (EVs)including batteries. These include Copper, Manganese Nickel, Cobalt, and Lithium. Production of ICE engines will be banned in the UK by 2030 and in the EU by 2035.
The DRC has a population of 90m and has a huge requirement for Infrastructure development of all types. We have worked with sister organizations to facilitate Government support and ultimately formal permissioning.
We are currently arranging financial support for this initial programme.

In the early 1990’s we bought and renovated the above property in Manchester, UK, and turned it into 38 Geriatric Bedrooms unit. The unit was called Alexandra Lodge and on the same site was Alexandra House (28 beds). The complex was named Alexandra Care Centre.
We then built a 47 bed complex in Salford (adjacent to Manchester) and renovated a further 38 bed facility in the same area. The 38 bed unit included a Training Centre. We managed all design, renovation and building. At the time we were the biggest private Nursing Home operator in the North West of England and had a reputation for the quality of our specialist operations.
Our Director subsequently formed the Manchester Care Home Association which negotiated with Government Authorities on operational standards, oversight and pricing.

Government Infrastructure Funding
Government Infrastructure Funding Many African Governments struggle to meet the demands of growing and increasingly demanding populations. Government incomes often cannot match Infrastructure and Service requirements. At Leading Arab we have developed a unique solution where we can provide immediate liquid funds without the need for Sovereign or other guarantees. In return Leading Arab will contract to supply Commodities at competitive prices for an agreed period. An example is where the Government contracts to sell us X MT of Gold through an accredited Top 20 Bank. We will purchase the Gold at a price significantly beyond LME for immediate payment. Leading Arab will contract with the Government for competitive Commodity supplies. Typically, this will enable Governments to bring investments forward by 3 to 5 years.

Mining Operator Profit Enhancement
Operating a mine is a challenging task and requires skill and dedication. At Leading Arab we have developed integrated strategies which address the main determinants of profitability:
Revenues: Leading Arab will provide a long-term contract (2 to 5 years) for precious metals. The price will will be tied to LME and will be market leading.
Commodities: We will contract to supply critical commodities such as Fuels, Sulfurs, Limes etc directly to the mine. Prices will be market beating
Investments: Miners often struggle with adequate investments to enhance production. We will provide a route for immediate investments.
We can enhance profitability by 20% or more. We do not need to take a share in your operation.
